Guarantee Policy

Requirements for a Full Refund 

  • All the returned items must be in brand new condition
  • All the items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Screen replacement (ex. digitizer touch screen, LCD screen, and glass lens) must not be scratched or scraped.
  • Flex cables (ex. home button flex cable, power flex cable, and audio jack flex cable) must not be bent or folded.

When you return an item, you may see different return options below depending on diverse reasons for return.Choose the appropriate return options to initiate the return process. 

(1) Wrong Goods 

If we have sent you the wrong items, you may choose to exchange them for the correct ones, or to claim for a full refund. If you choose to change the items, make sure that our customer services have confirmed that they are eligible for an exchange before sending the items back. 

Note: Due to monitor settings or other resons, the items with color difference by misperception are not eligible for a return or refund.

(2) Lost Item(s)

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours after your receipt of the shipment. After we investigate and confirm the issue, we will provide a full refund for the item or resend the same item for you.

(3) Missing Package  

If your package is lost during the transportation, please contact our customer service to notify us that you have not received orders from us. Once we have confirmed that your package(s) get(s) lost by the freight carriers, we will offer you a full refund or resend the package. 

(4) Defective Products 

If you received a defective or damaged item upon receipt, you must notify us within 48 hours upon your receipt of shipment. You are eligible for a full refund or exchange, provided that you must convince the issue by sending us clear photos about the defective item(s) and package tracking numbers. In some cases, you need to send back the damaged item(s) for further clarification.
